About technical analysis of stock trade

Hello, this is Korean blogger PIS playinstock, whose stock chart analysis is a hobby.

I have invested in stocks several times, but I have only lost a lot of money, so I have worked hard to study charts and found out that there are some patterns.

Today, I would like to talk about a part of it that has a fairly high odds.

If you are investing in stocks or you are going to start investing in the future, please take a closer look.

I would like to ask you to understand in advance that communication may not be good because you are not good at English and use a translator.

If you dont understand, please comment. Here we go.

This analysis is very simple. Its not difficult, so please read it well and comment if you dont understand.

I will express it as concisely as possible because it is difficult due to the limitations of language.

    1. There is someone who handles the stock in any stock market;

    2. Someone may be a group or team of several people, or a team or more.

    3. The contents of the above two are not important. Just know that. Ill call someone a team.

    4. When a team buys a stock, a trail remains on the chart. (daily candle) Lets find out about the trail.

    5. There is a stock called A. The team wants to buy As stock price now and sell it up.

    6. The team must buy a large amount of shares before raising A stock price to maximize profits; that requires a lot of time.

    7. But there is a way to collect stocks in a short period of time. It is possible through newly listed stocks.

    8. The newly listed stocks explode as soon as they are listed, so the team can easily collect stocks in them.

    9. The new listed stock is A.

    10. The team collected a lot when A shares were listed.

    11. We can see the traces on the charts. Well look at the charts and see them from now on.

    So heres one stock A.

Before we start, the chart above is one of the Korean events. As chart settings vary from country to country, lets take a look at this chart setting.

    Daily candles.

Blue Candle: It happens when the starting price is high and the closing price is low.

Red Candle: It happens when the starting price is low and the closing price is high.

The bottom part is the volume of transactions. Lets find out the color of the volume of transactions.

Red: Represents in red when trading volume is higher today than the previous trading day.

Blue: Expressed in blue when trading volume is lower today than the previous trading day.

(The above content varies for each chart setting; it is explained by the criteria I use.)

So let me look at the charts and explain. Its brief. The following is very important. Take a good look. Its about the green box.

    1. In the green box, the team bought most of the shares of A;

    2. I will explain the reason.

The first trading day is blue daily candles; the new stock A started at a high price on the first day of listing and ended at a low price; this day had a lot of trading volume. I do not know if the team bought a lot of A shares only on this day.

    - The second trading day is less than the first trading day; (it doesnt mean much).

    - The trading volume is higher than the previous trading day, but the price of the stock has risen in less than the first trading day of listing; (it doesnt mean much).

    - The fourth transaction is not meaningful.

    - Fifth trading day is important; the upper limit was recorded in a similar amount to the trading volume on the first day of listing.

    - Sixth and Seventh trading days: Its very important. This trading volume and daily candles show that the team has collected most of the shares of this A and can easily raise and lower the share price.

    - Lets find out why.

Generally, the stock price is at the upper limit because someone bought a lot of A shares.

The main agent who bought the stock is the team.

The team used a lot of money to put As stock at the upper end of the list: what should the team do to profit and sell As stock?

Its simple: If the team uses a lot of trading volumes to raise prices, investors will flock, and at that point, the team will sell As stock when the price rises and gain.

Most stocks are usually sold in this form. Examples can be found in the figure below.

If you look at the green box,

The red daily candle is the upper limit; the next day you can see that there was more trading volume than the previous day with the blue daily candle.

All trading days are at the upper limit, and todays trading volume allows you to determine whether the team sold the shares. Generally, if you show a 1.5 to 2 times more trading volume than the trading volume of the day you recorded the upper limit, the team is likely to sell a large number of shares.

If this pattern is a picture from a high price range on the chart, its a very dangerous signal.

In any case, in this way, the team will hand over its shares to other teams or individual investors.

Of course, even after that, the stock price can rise.

It is a picture of a team selling stocks to other teams or individiauls in a pattern similar to the previous event.

A slightly different pattern: a pattern in which certain stocks sell stocks at high prices and over several trading days.

The important thing is that most of the trading days after the upper limit are higher than the upper limit.

In this case, it is possible to rise again when it is low, but if it is high, it is often bitten by the tap.

    <Daily candle>

    <Month candle>

So lets see A stock again

Please look back at the charts: The stock price is flat at less than the upper end trading volume. (Red Box)

What this tells us is that the team already has a large number of As and that it can easily raise the stock price.

And thats the key to showing it all in that green box, so we need to ripen the daily candles in that box.

So when do I buy this stock?

It is near the circle on the right; (orange circle)

The reason is that the transaction volume of less than the day of the upper limit exceeds the upper limit price.

What matters here is the volume of transactions. Its very important.

The fact that the price of the upper limit without the transaction amount shows that the price can be raised very easily even with a small number of transactions.

Thats why when we move the upper limit price to a small transaction volume, we have to buy A shares because thats when it starts.

    So when is the sell?

Thats not known, because the team is selling A at the same time, raising As stock a little bit. There are stocks that show the trading volume explosion and handing over A stocks to other teams or individuals, and there are other stocks that do not.

A is a sport that is not.

If you dont, you have to get out of the first or the right time. There are many other events that fall without a sharp drop.

This A is a pattern in which the team sells a little bit without breaking the volume.

    ■Another stock

Lets look at other stocks. This stock will be called B.

Lets call the name of the person who buys this stock C, not the team.

The first red box is described.

C already bought a large number of B stocks in the red box.

    The second red box.

The first daily candle shows the upper limit, and the candle on the next trading day cannot exceed the price of the upper limit and the transaction volume is also small.

You need to focus on the small amount of this transaction.

It also means that C raised the price of B to the upper limit, but C has not yet sold its stock.

And B falls again without trading volume.

Cs doing this is probably to increase the share price even more.

These segments make other investors very difficult.

C is like forcing an investor who bought B to sell stock.

The reason is to collect more quantity and raise it.

Now, the share price continues to rise after falling. Look at the volume of transactions that appear on the rise.

It is confirmed that the transaction volume is very small.

C has already had a very large number of B shares in the first and second boxes.

So when do I get it?

Same thing. The orange circle on the right is the place to buy.

The reason why we have to buy there is that C has passed the upper limit price of the second box because C can now see the intention to raise the share price.

The stock price after that is rising sharply without trading volume.

B, which was rising so much, seems to have plunged without trading volume at a certain point. (Porple Circle)

It is advisable to sell all of them around here.

This is because stocks that go up without trading volume sell stocks while raising stock prices.

    Another stock

Heres a team called E and a stock called D.

E has already collected a large number of Ds from the red box:

And there are a lot of long tyings.

There are phenomena that usually occur before E raises its stock price; its a single-tailed candle with a top tail.

Because of the language difference, it is difficult to explain, so you skipped the part, but if you look at the charts closely, you can see a single candle with a top tip before you rise.

What the upper-tailed candle means is to check the resistance zone before it rises. Anyway, Ill take this story a little more later.

So E bought a lot of Ds in a red box. But the stock price doesnt go up right away.

Thats why E has to buy in an orange circle that intends to raise its share price in earnest.

This pattern is a pattern that raises stock prices as trading volume increases at high prices. This pattern tells you where to sell a little easier.

If the transaction volume goes off at such a high price, you can reduce the risk factor by selling it a little bit.

Purple squares are a place to sell. Stock prices may rise further, of course, but you dont have to live with risk.

Because there are many other good stocks.

Did you understand that? Ive been failing a lot of stock investments, and as a result, Ive found that many charts show different patterns. Today, I explained the very reliable part of it.

The pattern is not different from the country, but it may be different, but if you see the pattern above where you live, I recommend you watch it once.

And if the stock price moves as I explained, please do not miss it next time and buy it and leave a profit.

There are still more parts to explain, but I can not explain deeply.

Look at the two Korean stocks below. Do you see any pictures that look like they will rise a lot?

It looks like some diffrent pattern but it is also going to rise up I think.

so much simillar cahrt as I explained

It is also a good idea to trade through the charts, not to make it difficult to study stocks, but it is better not to trade the bad financials no matter how good the charts are.

Anyway, If this article helps, please share it with your friend or acquaintance as much as possible.

I hope it will help many people.
